You may find yourself and your office in a clutter and muddle of clips, envelopes or papers, when you ignore on these small office stuffs.   First thing that you have to do is to make a note or list of the office products or supplies which you require. You could categorize them into basic office supplies and other additional which you might require during a particular semesters or season. At the begging, your business office supplies you have with you must be the same as the list of items of office products which you have on your planned list. Ensure that you make a note on the date of purchase of your office supplies.

Make sure that you keep a record regularly. finding out  about how many office stuffs that you have left on your master list would tell you whether you need a particular office stuffs or not or short on a particular office supplies or not. By doing this you would come to know about the shortage of supply and the things which are actually very important for your office use before they actually finish or get over. By doing regular check on your office supplies you will be able to purchase the office stuffs only which are in shortage. You will be also able to save a lot of money instead of purchasing all the things which are actually not necessary at that particular time or season.
